Activists Frank Hall-Bentick recalls his school days in a mainstream school and explains why segregated schooling often destroyed families. He discusses the founding of the Disability Resource Unit and its response to international Year of Disabled People in 1981. Frank was also involved with early interest in communication rights for disabled people.
